What we collect
To place an order we need your delivery address, your contact details for the courier, the contents of your cart and a record of your payment. If you use the developer API we also store your account identifier and API usage counts.
Why we collect it
Solely to place and support your orders, to answer questions about them, and to enforce plan limits for API customers. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Delivery details are passed to the delivery service so the order can be fulfilled, and payment details are handled by the payment provider you choose. Yonder staff handling your order can see the order itself.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained only as long as needed to support the order and meet accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time in Discord.
This website
This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts, and it does not set marketing cookies.
